2011-11-13 Trip to CT for Haley's Birthday

We decided to have Haley's birthday in Connecticut this year because Renee had to travel to New Jersey for work that week, and it would be our last chance to visit for a while since Blake was due early February.

Haley and I started our trip off with a visit to Milford, CT to see Grandpa Harris and Uncle Bobby (he flew in from Florida for Haley's birthday...what a great Uncle). Haley wanted to collect shells to give to Grandma so we took a quick trip to Silver Sands State Park. It was raining but nothing was going to get in Haley's way of getting five gallon sized Ziploc bags full of shells. In case you were wondering, yes, everyone but Haley had to carry all five bags.

Uncle Bobby--always ready to help.

After the stop at the beach in Milford, we worked out way up north towards Enfield. We stopped off at the Connecticut Science Center in Hartford for some fun.

Blast off to Outer Space.

"What should I build?"

"A Princess castle, of course."

Finally made it to Enfield thanks to a ride from Grandpa Rinaldi. Now it's time to visit more family and friends. Alison...here we come...

Off to Pat and Ed Greaves' for some more fun with family and beating up Grandma.
Is there a Doctor in the house? Yep, we have three.

Too Cool
Well, it's finally time for the big birthday. Haley was very excited to turn four and even more excited to have her birthday at Chuck E Cheeses. If you all knew just how often she goes there, you would think she lives there.  I tried to get all the kids and parents in the pictures. If I left you out it's only because I didn't have a picture of you. Sorry.

"When can I start opening my presents?"
